It is important to understand that short Workshops for Personal Development should be well organised so that you can do them in a suitable way. There is no point of doing them if you won't be able to do them in a disciplined way. The classes should be planned so you can finish them in a specified time period. The time period may differ depending upon the Program. Some Workshops take two to three years to finish. Interestingly, some classes may take only one to two years.
